My Approach
My approach to treating depression is using therapy techniques based on research. Therapy will approach the connection between your thoughts, experiences, and emotions to move forward to a life without depression. When you are ready, we will explore your past experiences and current challenges or distress. We will work together to find the right techniques and methods for your unique life. We will plan what you need the most from therapy. We will also work on finding coping skills, new perspectives, and finding solutions.
