We are out-of-network providers and do not directly bill insurance for treatment other than BCBS-PPO. 

Some benefits of private pay include more privacy and control in our work together. Many insurance companies will cover our services as an out-of-network provider. If you have a PPO, we can provide a Statement of Reimbursement to help you submit it to your insurance company for reimbursement. A reimbursement statement is a detailed payment record with unique codes for our service and practice information. We recommend calling your insurance to determine reimbursement for an out-of-network provider, as a refund is not always guaranteed.
